About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Telemarketing Executive(Pre-Sales) to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential leads, explaining our courses, generating interest, and scheduling Student/Parent counseling for the Academic counseling team. This is a frontline role requiring excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database or leads.
2. Clearly explain product/service offerings to generate interest.
3. Qualify leads based on their needs, interest level, and purchase readiness.
4. Schedule appointments or demos for the Sales/Business Development team.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM.
6. Follow up with warm leads to convert inquiries into confirmed meetings.
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
8. Handle customer queries professionally and redirect complex queries to the appropriate team.
9. Maintain strong communication and rapport with potential customers.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Note : Fixed Week off - Monday (6 days working)
