About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, CTOs, and hiring managers across tech and analytics companies
2. Partner with MNCs, startups, and unicorns to create hiring pipelines for Coding Pro graduates
3. Design and implement a robust placement calendar including pre-placement talks, coding tests, interviews, and assessments
4. Track industry trends and job market needs to align student skillsets accordingly
5. Collaborate with faculty and the Training & Development team to prepare students for interviews, resume writing, and soft skills
6. Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and technical evaluations
7. Maintain placement records, employer feedback, and hiring metrics
8. Share placement statistics and reports with university leadership and partners
9. Represent Coding Pro and JG University at placement summits, career fairs, and HR conclaves
10. Assist the marketing team in showcasing student success stories and placement outcomes
