Key responsibilities:

1. Emotive event & wedding photography: Immerse yourself in the fabric of each event and wedding as our visual storyteller, capturing not just images but the raw, unfiltered emotions that weave through these moments
2. Intimate studio portraits: Craft portraits in the sanctuary of our studio that do more than capture faces; they reveal stories
3. Brand story immersion for commercial projects: Grasp the narrative heart of each brand through in-depth conversations with clients and meticulous mood board preparation. Your photography will breathe life into these stories, crafting images that not only showcase products but also echo the brand's core message and values
4. Image enhancement & color correction: Edit and retouch photos to correct exposure, color balance, and composition 
5. Cropping and composition: Optimize composition to highlight the subject and maintain visual appeal. Crop out unnecessary elements that don’t add to the narrative
6. Quality control: Ensure all images meet the company’s quality standards and guidelines

Skill check:

1. A bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, multimedia, or a related field is preferred
2. Experience across a spectrum of photography styles, particularly in capturing the essence of events, the intimacy of weddings, and the personality in portraits
3. The ability to connect and communicate, turning photo sessions into comfortable and collaborative experiences
4. Adaptability and problem-solving skills, ready to meet the dynamic needs of diverse projects
5. A lifelong learner’s mindset, always curious and eager to explore new techniques and trends
6. Strong understanding of color theory, composition and basics of photography
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
