About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Wedding photography:
1. Capture high-quality photographs during wedding ceremonies, pre-wedding shoots, and other related events.
2. Utilize creative compositions and lighting techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of images.
3. Document candid and posed moments, ensuring a mix of formal and spontaneous shots.
B. Pre-event preparation:
1. Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences, styles, and specific requirements.
2. Scout locations to identify ideal spots for shoots and understand the lighting conditions.
3. Maintain and prepare photography equipment to ensure readiness for events.
C. Post-production:
1. Edit and retouch photographs using professional software to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Deliver final images in a timely manner, formatted appropriately for albums, prints, or digital use.
D. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the videography team and other members to ensure seamless coverage of events.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and event coordinators to maintain a smooth workflow.
E. Equipment management:
1. Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of cameras, lenses, and other photography equipment.
2. Keep track of backups and accessories to avoid disruptions during shoots.
F. Stay updated:
1. Keep up with the latest photography trends and techniques, particularly in the wedding industry.
2. Continuously improve skills and experiment with new styles to elevate the quality of work.
