Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar and schedule management: Maintaining the Chairman's diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, both internally and externally.
3. Meeting coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
4. Itinerary coordination: Organizing flights, lodging, and transport for the Chairman and senior staff.
5. Report and presentation support: Aiding in the creation of reports, slide decks, and related documents.
6. Administrative operations: Overseeing office systems such as data organization and filing structures.
7. Project support: Assisting with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
8. Information handling: Managing confidential materials with professionalism and discretion.
