About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support: Manage daily schedules, emails, calls, and appointments; coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Travel Management: Plan and execute detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips, including ticketing, accommodation, visa documentation, and logistics.
3. Meeting & Coordination: Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations, and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks and deadlines.
4. Team Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams and staff to ensure directives are executed smoothly and efficiently.
5. Personal Documentation: Maintain and update personal logs and records for the Director, including medical documents, reports, and essential personnel files.
6. Manage confidential documentation and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
7. Family Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordination related to the Director’s family, including school communications, appointments, and travel arrangements for children when required.
8. Expense & Record Management: Keep organized logs for travel expenses, reimbursements, and personal or business-related expenditures.
9. Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
10. Adaptability: Stay composed and resourceful in a fast-paced environment, managing last-minute changes or urgent matters with calm and efficiency.
