About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign strategy & planning:
a. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Display, Affiliate networks).
b. Identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns to drive conversions and ROI.
2. Paid media management:
a. Manage PPC (pay-per-click), social media advertising, retargeting, programmatic display, and affiliate campaigns.
b. Optimize budgets across channels to achieve maximum ROI and meet KPIs (cost per acquisition, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
3. Analytics & reporting:
a. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, WhatsApp marketing.
b. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
4 Audience research & segmentation:
a. Analyze customer data to identify audience segments for targeted campaigns.
b. Leverage demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.
5. Collaboration & stakeholder management:
a. Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment.
b. Coordinate with external agencies or partners when needed.
6. Budget management:
a. Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
b. Monitor spending to ensure cost efficiency and avoid overspending.
7. Keeping up with trends:
a. Stay updated on new advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
b. Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
