Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Fresher) ā UK Recruitment
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (WFO)
Shift Timing: UK Shift ā 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Experience: Freshers (Any Graduate)
š¼ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Searching and sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & databases
ā¢ Shortlisting profiles based on UK client requirements
ā¢ Coordinating interviews & maintaining candidate communication
ā¢ Managing trackers, reports, and documentation
ā¢ Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience
