About the Job
We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Associate Sales. This role offers a clear and exciting career trajectory, enabling rapid growth in a global, fast-paced environment with huge earning opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with parents, introducing them to JetLearn’s global AI-coding programs.
2. Actively engage in outbound calls, generating interest and enthusiasm for our courses.
3. Successfully schedule calibration classes through effective communication and persuasion skills.
4. Address parent inquiries, tailoring course recommendations to align with their child’s learning goals.
5. Work with a structured approach to meet daily and weekly targets.
6. Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective leads and drive a targeted number of trial bookings.
Work Schedule:
1. 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, 9 working hours
2. 6 working days, 1 week off during weekdays
3. Working Time, 3 PM IST - 1 AM IST
Nature of Work: Hybrid
1. Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Work From Office.
2. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Work From Home.
3. Monday - Week Off.
Salary: Inhand 30k+2k + performance-based incentives
