About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Marketing & social media:
1. Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
2. Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories using Meta Business Suite and Canva.
3. Research trends, hashtags, and audio to improve reach and engagement.
4. Coordinate influencer collaborations, giveaways, and ad campaigns.
5. Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and basic blog/website updates.
B. Operations & coordination:
1. Support in planning, coordination, and execution of wellness retreats.
2. Handle client communication, respond to inquiries, and maintain relationships with leads.
3. Manage vendor coordination- hotels, facilitators, transport, and payments.
4. Maintain spreadsheets for retreat bookings, leads, and logistics.
5. Assist with itinerary design, participant communication, and travel arrangements.
C. General support:
1. Help manage partnerships, collaborations, and corporate retreat opportunities.
2. Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing campaigns and retreat experiences.
