We are a multidisciplinary interior design and product firm that blends craftsmanship, design, and functionality to create inspiring spaces and bespoke interior pieces. Our work spans residential and commercial interiors, as well as in-house designed furniture, décor, and lifestyle products. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can bring structure, efficiency, and foresight to our growing creative business.As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth functioning of both our design studio and product division. You’ll be responsible for streamlining processes across design projects, production, logistics, and client servicing — ensuring that creativity is backed by seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations across interior design projects and product manufacturing/sales.
2. Coordinate between design teams, production units, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, material procurement, and installation schedules.
4. Supervise production workflows for furniture and interior products — ensuring quality and timely delivery.
5. Optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory management for both projects and retail orders.
6. Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, cost control, and communication flow.
7. Support administrative, HR, and financial coordination within the firm.
8. Prepare reports, track KPIs, and ensure smooth collaboration between departments.
9. Uphold the firm’s quality and brand standards across every project and product line.
