We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations manager to oversee our day-to-day production and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between production, inventory, and logistics teams, driving efficiency across our supply chain and fulfillment processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence- from product creation to doorstep delivery- ensuring every Inkling & Co experience reaches our customers seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee e-commerce delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
2. Manage inventory planning and control to ensure product availability and accuracy across platforms.
3. Track and reduce RTOs (Return to Origin) through better logistics coordination and process optimization.
4. Supervise production operations, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and manufacturing output.
5. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams for smooth workflow execution.
6. Monitor operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
7. Manage relationships with delivery and vendor partners.
