About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Operations & client management:
1. Handle daily travel operations and guest communication
2. Coordinate with drivers, guides, and hotels
3. Ensure smooth execution of tours and quick resolution of guest issues
4. Prepare travel itineraries and customize plans as per client requirements
5. Manage lead follow-ups and booking confirmations
B. Pricing & documentation:
1. Prepare quotations using our pricing system (Google Sheet CRM)
2. Create and share itinerary PDFs and invoices
3. Maintain records of all bookings, payments, and expenses
C. Marketing & social media support:
1. Coordinate with the content team for Instagram, YouTube, and blog updates
2. Collect guest photos, testimonials, and reviews
3. Occasionally assist in creating simple reels or captions
D. Reporting & team coordination:
1. Maintain daily operations reports
2. Update client status, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM
3. Collaborate with management to improve service quality
