About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our kitchen (and proposed outlets). The role involves managing kitchen staff, enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, procurement, and delivery operations.Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure discipline, punctuality, and efficiency.
2. Implement and monitor kitchen SOPs for hygiene, preparation, and dispatch.
3. Manage inventory control — tracking raw materials, minimizing wastage, and ensuring stock accuracy.
4. Oversee procurement — timely ordering, vendor coordination, and cost optimization.
5. Conduct regular quality checks on food taste, presentation, and hygiene.
6. Monitor order preparation times and ensure on-time delivery.
7. Analyze operational performance data and recommend improvements.
8. Maintain compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards.
