You’ll be the “go-to” person on-site — handling all the admin backbone that keeps our studio running smoothly, while also being the face of Delice by Su when clients, guests or customers walk in. You’ll supervise housekeeping/support staff, manage bookings, office/admin tasks, help with sales/guest interactions and also jump in for errands or projects as needed. Your attitude matters more than your years of experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage daily administrative tasks: scheduling, bookings, correspondence, documentation, vendor liaison.
2. Act as front-desk/guest-engagement representative: greet clients, explain studio services, upsell or simply offer a warm, professional experience.
3. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping / support staff: ensure studio cleanliness, setups, maintenance, supplies.
4. Support operations: go out for errands, vendor visits, supplies procurement, ad-hoc support tasks.
5. Maintain studio ambience, client bookings calendar, studio readiness for workshops/gifting/focusing on quality of service.
6. Assist with sales follow-ups, client calls, enquiries: collaborate with Chef /marketing to convert studio visits into services.
7. Be proactive: identify operational bottlenecks, suggest improvements, be willing to wear many hats in a growing enterprise.
