About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Speak with customers over phone in their preferred language (Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam).
2. Assist customers with insurance service requests like endorsements, claims, and renewals.
3. Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely resolution.
4. Maintain accurate call logs and service records.
5. Follow up with customers and provide updates proactively.
6. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
