We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented operations & e-commerce executive to support daily business operations, manage inventory, handle e-commerce activities, and maintain communication with international vendors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a solid understanding of data analysis and e-commerce workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document preparation: Create, format, and manage business documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Vendor communication: Communicate professionally in English with overseas suppliers and partners via email and video calls. Ensure clear understanding and timely responses to queries.
3. Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
4. E-commerce management: Handle day-to-day operations of online sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify), track order fulfilment, returns, and product listings.
5. Data analytics: Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory performance, and customer data to provide actionable insights.
6. Email correspondence: Draft professional emails for internal and external communication. Maintain records of conversations and ensure timely follow-ups.
