About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understanding academic projects/assignments/tasks requirements and ascertaining the appropriate price of each project/assignment/task.
2. Understanding the client's escalation, discussing the issues with experts, and coming up with appropriate solutions.
3. Identifying suitable experts for each project, negotiating the pay with freelancers, and facilitating the allocation process.
4. Point of contact for the sales team and experts regarding pricing and the allocation process, respectively.
5. Dealing with clients on chat/call to close stuck cases
6. Maintaining healthy relationships with experts and facilitating the timely delivery of projects
7. Identifying experts' related issues, sharing feedback with them, and escalating to TAM wherever required.
8. Following up with prospective freelancers with the desired expertise and getting them on board.
9. Ensuring efficient work engagement of hired experts.
10. Identifying suitable experts for each project, negotiating the pay with experts, and facilitating the allocation process.
11. Ensuring efficient work quality delivery by experts with proper audit/proofreading and overall evaluation of work on a timely basis.
