Key responsibilities:1. Assisting in creating customized domestic and international holiday packages for clients.
2. Communicating with customers to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable options.
3. Coordinating with hotels, suppliers, and DMCs for rates, bookings, and confirmations.
4. Researching destinations, activities, and travel trends to build creative itineraries.
5. Supporting the holidays sales team in quotations, follow-ups, and maintaining records in CRM/Excel.
