About the Job
The Operations Specialist will focus on three key pillars: Core Operations, Process Optimization, and compliance and risk management.Key responsibilities:
A. Core Operations & Data Management
1. Execute end-to-end operational tasks, including the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, settlements, and reconciliation.
2. Manage, maintain, and ensure the integrity of critical operational data and records within core systems and databases.
3. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner, documenting all resolution steps.
4. Support commercial operations by maintaining a fundamental understanding of our sales funnel and lead generation efforts, particularly outreach and data flow via platforms like LinkedIn.
B. Process Optimization & Strategy
1. Monitor, analyze, and map existing operational workflows (e.g., transaction flow, onboarding) to identify bottlenecks and areas for strategic improvement.
2. Design, implement, and document new operational guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance quality control, scalability, and efficiency.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Sales) to support the successful implementation of new operational initiatives and product launches.
C. Compliance & Risk Management
1. Ensure strict operational adherence to all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices specific to the FinTech sector.
2. Stay continuously updated on evolving regulatory changes (e.g., RBI guidelines, KYC/AML) to proactively ensure operational compliance and mitigate risk.
