About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment support:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
2. Maintain candidate databases and ensure recruitment trackers are regularly updated.
3. Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
B. HR operations & documentation for contractual consultants:
1. Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, onboarding kits, and training records.
2. Ensure timely collection, verification, and digital filing of consultant documentation.
3. Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining SOPs, HR policies, and operational templates.
C. Contractual consultant support & coordination:
1. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of checklists and formalities.
2. Serve as a point of contact for internal queries related to HR procedures, attendance, leave, and documentation.
D. Administrative & operational assistance:
1. Maintain well-organized digital records and documentation folders.
2. Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
3. Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy.
E. Trainer management support:
1. Conduct field visits as required to observe consultants during training sessions.
2. Document insights and generate detailed Observation & Evaluation (O&E) reports to support performance monitoring.
