About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Finding Tender/GEM Bids on various government portals and acting on them on time.
2. Online/Offline Tender submission.
3. Respond to the ongoing query and clarifications promptly.
4. Manage and maintain the GeM portal for product listings, catalogue management, bid participation, and order processing.
5. Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender specifications.
6. Rack tender status, clarifications, amendments, and result notifications.
7. Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, purchase orders, and contracts
agreements.
8. Handle post-tender activities such as order acceptance, invoice upload, and contract follow-up.
9. Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certificates, and documentation.
10. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and tender norms.
Note:
1. Basic Training will be provided for 2 weeks.
2. If the candidate performs well, the PPO will be offered.
