About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Process management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operational activities. Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
2. Data & reporting: Maintain and update operational data, records, and reports. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance and productivity reports for management.
3. Coordination & communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, HR, sales, and logistics. Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners. Support communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency.
4. Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process optimization. Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows.
5. Compliance & quality control: Ensure that all operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Monitor the quality of deliverables and maintain service standards.
6. Administrative support: Handle documentation, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Support budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking as required.
