About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Trainer to support our training sessions and ensure a positive learning experience for children. The ideal candidate should be proactive, patient, and comfortable engaging with young learners during activities and group tasks.Key Responsibilities:
1: Assist the main trainer during sessions by managing tasks and supporting smooth session flow.
2: Facilitate small group activities and ensure active participation from all children.
3: Maintain discipline while creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
4: Assist in preparing training materials, assignments, and session resources.
5: Provide session-wise feedback to parents on the child’s participation and progress.
