Key responsibilities:1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
2. Manage client onboarding and coordination.
3. Oversee daily workspace upkeep, supervising cleaning staff, pantry stock, and maintenance follow-ups.
4. Matching bank statements with internal records to ensure every cent is accounted for.
5. Preparing and sending invoices to clients and following up on overdue payments
