1. Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces(International).
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces.
3. Liaise with internal departments (such as marketing and sales) to ensure product listings are attractive and competitive.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the e-commerce marketplace.
5. Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences specific to the e-commerce environment.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the eCommerce landscape.
7. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, especially in the e-commerce context.
8. Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels.
9. Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms.
10. Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
11. Process orders and coordinate logistics for smooth and timely delivery.
12. Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
13. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
14. Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
