About the Job
Job Purpose:To interact with clients regularly, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining client satisfaction in alignment with company standards.
Key responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall client experience.
2. Interact with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and provide timely updates.
3. Maintain documentation and secure records from current clients in an organized manner.
4. Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and account management.
5. Conduct employment verifications via phone or online platforms.
6. Generate accurate reports based on verification data while maintaining the confidentiality of client and candidate information.
7. Coordinate with HRs, Directors, and other officials during the verification process.
8. Handle client queries and escalation calls efficiently and professionally.
9. Ensure internal and external quality targets are consistently met.
