About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated professional to coach and mentor learners enrolled in our Credit Analyst Program.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide training and guidance for students in subjects including Finance, Credit, Banking, Accounts, including analysis of financial statements and credit appraisal/underwriting.
2. Providing expert guidance through coaching, tutoring, and mentoring to help learners excel in their careers.
3. Conducting assignment grading, live chats, Q&A sessions, mock interviews, and case study discussions to ensure a hands-on learning experience.
4. Developing high-quality study materials, assignments, and case studies tailored to industry standards.
5. Reviewing mentor session content to ensure alignment with program guidelines.
6. Continuously upskilling in finance and credit-related subjects to stay updated with industry trends.
7. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
8. Reviewing external content, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring accuracy.
9. Offering on-demand video support and engaging with students through community forums.
10. Guiding and monitoring students throughout their first 90 days of the program.
11. Researching and recommending new tools, technologies, and courses to keep the curriculum industry-relevant.
12. Tracking and analyzing student performance, engagement metrics, and grading data.
13. Presenting insights and recommendations to improve learning processes and student success rates.
