We are looking for a reliable and well-organized office administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support different departments, and ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness & discipline.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
3. Maintain employee attendance, leave records & basic HR documentation.
4. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
5. Support HR team in scheduling interviews and onboarding activities.
6. Assist accounts team with basic documentation & billing support.
7. Manage courier services, office inventory, and stationery.
8. Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain office calendar.
9. Maintain proper filing system (soft & hard copies).
