Key Responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level non-IT roles across various domains.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
4. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit- technical, functional, and cultural.
5. Manage client coordination, including requirement discussions, updates, and feedback management.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a high-quality hiring experience.
