About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Volunteer & team management: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and staff to ensure smooth execution of activities.
2. Fundraising & donor engagement: Support fundraising efforts, build relationships with donors, and manage donor communication.
3. Community outreach: Collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and partner organizations to maximize project impact.
4. Event coordination: Plan and execute awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
5. Monitoring & reporting: Track project progress, maintain data, prepare regular reports, and share updates with the management team.
6. Compliance & documentation: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and maintain proper records.
7. Social media & public relations: Support communication efforts, help in spreading awareness through social media, and represent the NGO in meetings/events.
