About the Job
Raghav Gambhir is looking for a passionate audio engineer/music production intern to join his team, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. The position offers hands-on exposure to devotional, Sufi, and Indian-inspired music productions, blending traditional sounds with contemporary arrangements.Key responsibilities:
1. Music production for Raghavv Gambhir’s originals and covers.
2. Produce, record, and mix projects undertaken by the studio.
3. Prepare live sets for performances and events.
4. Record instruments, vocals, and other studio sessions.
5. Edit, use Melodyne, mix, and master tracks.
6. Create and manage release strategies on audio platforms.
7. Assist in sound engineering operations and maintain quality standards.

Location & setup:
1. Based in Delhi NCR (preferred).
2. Should be able to visit the studio 3-4 times a week, and/or work remotely from their own setup.
3. If working from the studio, proficiency in Logic Pro X is required or a self-carry laptop with any other DAW
4. If working remotely, proficiency in any professional DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.) is acceptable.
5. Working days in a week: 6 (1 weekly off and public holidays off)
Probation:
1. Duration: 3 months
2. Salary during probation: 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
