About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Meta Ads Management
1. Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
2. Conduct audience research to identify ideal customer segments and targeting strategies.
3. Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS) and prepare weekly performance reports.
4. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and audience groups.
B. Creative Coordination
1. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad visuals, videos, and captions.
2. Suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve engagement and conversions.
3. Stay updated with trending ad formats and Meta advertising best practices.
C. SEO Research & Implementation
1. Perform keyword research to identify high-ranking and relevant search terms.
2. Assist in on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, image optimization) and off-page SEO (backlink building).
3. Track website analytics using Google Analytics and Search Console to improve rankings and organic traffic.
4. Contribute ideas for SEO-driven content to boost visibility on search engines.
D. Data Tracking & Reporting
1. Learn to use Meta Pixel for conversion tracking and retargeting audiences.
2. Maintain campaign data, budget utilization, and performance reports for analysis and strategy refinement.
E. Learning & Growth
1. Keep up with the latest trends and updates in Meta Ads and SEO algorithms.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest creative digital marketing strategies for brand growth.
