Key responsibilities:1. Manage sampling and product development for mattress & pillow fabrics.
2. Select and source suitable yarns; ensure correct counts, blends, and quality.
3. Coordinate with yarn suppliers and yarn mills for suitable yarns.
4. Monitor fabric quality and resolve yarn/fabric issues.
5. Communicate with buyers on samples, pricing, and delivery timelines.
