We also provide a convenient door pick-up and drop-off service across India to accommodate modern lifestyles.Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively and demonstrate good communication skills
2. Coordinate and act as the main point of contact for buyers, relay their requirements, and provide updates on samples and orders
3. Understand and analyze buyer or customer requirements thoroughly
4. Coordinate and collaborate with sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage the Time & Action calendar
5. Source and procure materials by coordinating with suppliers for raw materials like leather and trims, and work with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery
6. Oversee and verify that samples are being made correctly
7. Maintain and organize sample records including pictures and technical sheets with every detail of the style
8. Analyze and calculate product costing with a strong understanding of material, labor, overheads, and margins
9. Ensure and manage sample approvals by buyers
