About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Doctor's Prescription
(Dr. Rx) Generation
1. Engage ophthalmologists and specialists having their practices in the hospitals to help fulfill of dispensation of spectacles.
2. Conduct product detailing, demos, and sampling Follow up to ensure Rx-to-sale conversion.
2. Hospital & Lab Engagement
1. Visit hospitals and Ophthalmology practitioners as assigned.
2. Build relationships with doctors and purchase teams.
3. Track the hospital and help in the integration of their supply chain to an identified prescription lab with the help of Lab Coordinators.
3. Hospital-Connected Store Alignment
1. Identify and engage optical stores linked to hospitals.
2. Ensure product availability and support Rx conversion.
3. Coordinate with stores for promotions and campaigns.
4. Territory Management
1. Cover districts with assigned hospitals/labs/stores.
2. Map potential new institutions.
3. Provide field insights and feedback to Pilot Lead and Coordinator.
5. Sales & Revenue Achievement
1. Meet monthly and quarterly targets for prescriptions and sales.
2. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and Rx orders.
3. Report key performance updates to Pilot Lead via Coordinator.
6. Compliance & Professional Conduct
1. Adhere to UCPMP 2024 and company standards.
2. Maintain ethical engagement with all stakeholders.
3. Participate in periodic compliance refreshers and trainings.
