About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic marketing & sales executive to join our growing team at Synerge Paper Industries LLP. The role involves managing B2B sales, client communication, and digital outreach while representing the company’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.Key Responsibilities:
A. 60% – Sales & business development:
1. Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients through calls, visits, and lead follow-ups.
2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders and satisfaction.
3. Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
4. Track orders, coordinate with operations, and ensure timely delivery and client updates.
B. 30% – Marketing & promotion:
1. Plan and execute digital marketing activities across IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.
2. Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
3. Analyze competitors and suggest strategies to strengthen the brand’s visibility.
4. Support exhibition, trade show, or client meet preparations.
C. 10% – Reporting & coordination:
1. Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and follow-up trackers.
2. Provide weekly performance and lead conversion reports.
3. Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
