About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Business generation & client acquisition:
1. Generate leads through field visits, market surveys, networking, and promotional activities.
2. Conduct client meetings, product/solution presentations, and demonstrations.
3. Convert leads into business by driving sales closures in coordination with the sales team.
4. Identify new market opportunities and client segments.
B. Field marketing activities:
1. Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional events.
2. Visit target areas, commercial complexes, corporate hubs, and industry zones to promote company services.
3. Distribute marketing materials, coordinate branding activities, and manage vendor interactions.
C. Market research & competitor analysis:
Collect on-field insights regarding industry trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies.
Share actionable reports with management to support decision-making and strategy planning.
D. Branding & awareness
1. Execute brand visibility plans including offline campaigns, banners, standees, and outreach programs.
2. Ensure consistent brand representation during all field activities and client interactions.
E. Customer relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
2. Address queries, escalate issues, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
3. Take regular feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
F. Coordination & reporting:
1. Work closely with the sales, operations, design, and management teams for campaign execution.
2. Prepare and share daily/weekly field reports, lead reports, and activity updates.
3. Track ROI of campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement.
G. Documentation & compliance:
1. Maintain proper documentation of all leads, campaigns, and field activities.
2. Ensure confidentiality of client data and company information.
