Organized trade business. These include members driving operations, customer service & key accounts management.
Job role: Set up & execution of sales team incentive structure to drive up performance in e-commerce & modern trade channels
The team has to work together to deliver a planned net sales figure in the quarter – profitably & sustainably
Key responsibilities:
1. Agree with the head of organized trade on what should be the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each member of the team as well as the channels that help deliver the above objective
2. Measure the KPIs regularly & highlight any hits/ misses
3. Create a dashboard & display to the team to show their progress to enable them to achieve their KPIs & earn their incentives. Understand their motives & need gaps to help them.
