About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own onboarding to go-live, coordinating menus, assets, and stakeholders.
2. Print and deploy QRs with vendors; plan placements and run in-store QC.
3. Train managers and waiters; share playbooks, FAQs, and WhatsApp guides.
4. Capture objections/requests and relay structured insights to teams.
5. Spot upsell placements and menu hotspots to lift AOV and CSAT.
6. Manage first 30-60 days post-launch; resolve issues and escalate cleanly.
7. Maintain trackers for stages, QR inventory, training, and dates.
