Key responsibilities:1. Develop, refine, and execute marketing strategies aligned with Goodseeds’ vision
2. Understand customer segments and translate insights into effective campaigns
3. Create content that clearly communicates brand positioning and product offerings
4. Manage and grow social media presence to increase reach and engagement
5. Ideate and execute marketing initiatives for women-centric and sustainable audiences
6. Plan and support events featuring farmers, artisans, and local entrepreneurs
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
8. Support day-to-day marketing activities during the internship/contract period
