About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and establish manufacturing methods and process flows as per demand forecasts.
2. Improve production for the best efficiency, lower costs, and steady quality.
3. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and rectify` to improve continuously.
4. Coordinate with production, and quality departments to align supply with demand.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
6. Monitor material availability and adjust production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
2. 0-1 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing tools, machines, and production workflows.
4. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, and operations teams.
