About the Job
As an HR Recruiter for Impetus Career Consultants, you will play a crucial role in finding top talent for our BPO clients. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure we are hiring the best fit for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and recommendations.
5. Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing candidates.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process.
