About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist management in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operations across departments.
2. Support quality control processes to ensure adherence to company standards and operational efficiency.
3. Conduct job analysis and assist HR in creating and updating role descriptions and organizational structures.
4. Provide administrative support to internal departments and ensure proper documentation.
5. Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
6. Assist in drafting and revising company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
7. Support training and development programs- including planning sessions, coordinating logistics, and tracking participation.
8. Participate in organizational and cultural development activities to foster a positive work environment.
9. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in performance monitoring using HRMS or PMS tools.
10. Collaborate with management to review performance reports, define goals, and support strategy implementation.
11. Communicate management expectations, updates, and policies across teams.
12. Supervise and coordinate assigned projects or tasks to ensure quality and timely completion.
13. Generate and present performance and progress reports for management review.
14. Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and office administration activities.
15. Attend meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actionable items.
16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and special initiatives.
17. Support leadership in handling employee concerns and maintaining team morale.
