About the Job
Role Description:We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our growing IT services team in Bhopal. This is a full-time, in-office role, focused on identifying potential clients, executing outbound outreach, and managing lead pipelines across LinkedIn and other lead generation channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching target companies, connecting with decision-makers, initiating conversations, and nurturing prospects for IT services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential clients for IT services across various industries.
2. Generate and manage leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold messaging, and other platforms.
3. Execute and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including profile targeting, connection requests, and follow-ups.
4. Build, maintain, and update a strong pipeline of qualified leads in CRM tools.
5. Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify them based on business needs.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
7. Track outreach performance, response rates, and conversions.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging IT demands.
9. Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Proven experience in Lead Generation and outbound outreach, preferably for IT services.
2. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting tools.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
5. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to pitch services and qualify prospects.
6. Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential opportunities.
7. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software (preferred).
8. Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
