About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in the development and facilitation of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to employee needs.
2. Support the creation of learning content, including presentations, videos, and interactive materials using tools like Articulate Storyline or Canva.
3. Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees and managers to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
4. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communications.
5. Track training metrics (e.g., attendance, completion rates, satisfaction scores) and prepare reports using LMS platforms like Moodle or LinkedIn Learning.
6. Collaborate with HR, department heads, and external vendors to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
7. Participate in learning projects, such as onboarding programs, leadership development, or diversity training.
8. Stay updated on L&D trends through research, webinars, and industry certifications (e.g., ATD resources).
