About the Job

At TWF Flours, we’re redefining how the world experiences flour — one kitchen, one bakery, and one chef at a time. As part of our rapidly expanding B2B HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) division, we’re looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join our sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with some of India’s most exciting culinary brands while building deep expertise in sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa segment.
2. Identify, engage, and close business with key accounts and emerging clients.
3. Nurture long-term partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
5. Lead client negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Any
Experience: Any
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
A keen interest in food, baking, or culinary innovation is a strong plus.
