About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
1. Acquire new clients through prospecting, referrals, and incoming leads.
2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
3. Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio check-ins.
B. Investment Planning and Recommendations
1. Assess clients’ financial needs, objectives, and risk profiles.
2. Create and recommend need-based investment and insurance plans such as risk management, retirement, and tax-saving solutions.
3. Educate clients on financial products and strategic planning.
C. Targets Achievement with Concept Selling
1. Recommend and sell appropriate financial products including Mutual Funds, SIP, PMS/AIF, Term, Health, PA, Motor, ULIP Pension, etc.
2. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the organisation.
D. Compliance and Risk Management
1. Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory guidelines including SEBI, AMFI, APMI, IRDAI, etc.
2. Maintain proper documentation and client disclosures.
3. Perform due diligence and suitability analysis for all recommendations.
E. Stay Updated about Product Knowledge
1. Stay informed about market trends, investment and insurance products, and regulatory updates.
2. Attend training sessions and maintain relevant certifications or licenses such as CFP and NISM.
F. Team Collaboration and Reporting
1. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and other departments.
2. Provide regular performance reports to management and the team leader.
