About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Video production & editing:
1. Edit raw footage into short‑form videos (30s–3min) for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, our website, and Twitter.
2. Edit raw footage into long‑form Audio-video podcast/ interviews (25-30 min) for platforms like YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify, and for our website.
3. Integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, key in frames, and sound design elements.
4. Optimize formats, codecs, and resolutions for web and mobile performance.
5. Sensitive Colour Grading targeted for Apple and Samsung Displays.
B. Collaboration & Workflow:
1. Idea creation: Partner with content strategists and marketers to develop visual and audio concepts.
2. Brand kit maintenance: Maintain an organized asset library, version control, and project documentation.
3. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring quality and consistent brand compliance.
C. Continuous improvement:
1. Stay current on design, video, and podcasting trends, tools, and best practices.
2. Recommend new formats, styles, or technologies to elevate content impact and efficiency.
Key performance indicators (KPIs):
1. Video views, watch‑time, and completion rates across platforms, Downloads.
2. Timeliness and volume of deliverables against the content calendar.
3. Asset quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
4. Cross‑team satisfaction scores and workflow efficiency improvements.
