About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Edit short-form social videos (Reels, Shorts) with strong hooks & pacing
2. Create platform-optimized videos with clean subtitles, animations & effects
3. Develop edits based on approved scripts, concepts, and storyboards
4. Track and incorporate the latest social media trends, transitions & editing styles
5. Collaborate with designers, content writers & e-commerce team
6. Maintain organized file structures and version control
7. Deliver videos consistently on tight turnaround times
8. Participate in internal creative brainstorming
9. Assist in basic shoots (mobile footage/B-roll) when needed
